• Offer choice of vendors including décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting, hotel for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, ceremony officiant for weddings, transportation, and more
• Attend all vendor meetings with client as needed
• Review contracts and make recommendations
• Work with caterer, floral designer, rental companies, and more to carry concept through completion
• Manage mailing and RSVP’s of invitations
• Manage and maintain wedding and other event website
• Create a comprehensive binder that includes copies of all contracts, etc.
• Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner for weddings
